Reservation rules
A rental contract will be available to you once first contact and availability is confirmed.
1) 50% downpayment at reservation confirmation. Within one month prior to travel, this downpayment is lost in case of cancellation.
2) Final 50% to be paid one week prior to arrival to confirm reservation.
3) A deposit check will be required ( 1500 Euros ) when exchange of keys at the house.
